I can walk out of the house and feel safe. I felt comfortable leaving the house when the caregivers are here. So far with the people, there is no real problem.

I think the caregivers could have been on time and not had nails that were two inches long. There are things that they can do different, like spending more time to make a caregiver and a client match instead of sending so many to me. It has made it much easier to handle my loved one with them. We went through several different agencies to find someone who could handle my loved one and her needs. When the caregiver met her, they clicked immediately. She is an excellent caregiver and can handle all of my loved one's mood swings and forgetfulness, she is a prefect fit.
